Exploring all of the options
There are lots of quizzes and surveys available online that can help you learn
more about your future career. Most of these surveys ask a series of questions
and then provide a report that tells you which of the following six categories
best match your answers: realistic, social, investigative, enterprising, artistic,
or conventional. From this point you can explore the careers that fit into
these broad categories and the jobs that are included in the career fields.
The Career
Key
This is simple survey that measures your skills, abilities, values,
interests, and personality. It helps you identify promising jobs and links
you to information about each from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
The
Princeton Review Career Quiz
This popular career and college resource presents this 24-question quiz
as the short version of its Detailed Performance Profile Survey. Results are
color coded and divided into Your Interests and Your Usual Style. From there,
you can create and account to view the list of careers that match your profile
and save the results of your research.

Work Interest Quiz (U.S. Military)
This self-assessment lets you choose between 60 different activities that
you enjoy. The results provide information about careers and jobs in the military.

This Web site has several different self-assessments to help you discover which of your skills and talents might turn into a great career.
